Add back News section to "Galactic pulse" section at bottom

@jai12789 Sure, glad to elaborate. The main purpose of this change request is to reverse a prior decision to remove the News section by adding this section back to the Home Page - at least until we have better web statistics showing the utility of this section on the Home Page. In short, currently (as of 2024.03.02), the wireframe layout of the "Galactic pulse" section is as follows:

However, this change request would add the News section in a layout more like the following:

Please note: this issue is related to the #2431 issue which makes the Events section more readable and more dynamic-content based.

We should remove the blog link from the frontpage and add a big link to the news section, imho.
