As campaign creator I want to maintain a nice campaign page so I can attract gamers and others to contribute to my fundraising campaign.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Step 2 is higlighted in step indicator
2. form to maintain campaign details
   2.1 input field campaign name (to display later in CLP & CDP
   2.2. upload campaign list page picture (to display later in CLP)
   2.3. input field campaign description (to display on CDP)
   2.4. upload campaign header picture (to display later in CDP)
   2.5 input field to add tags (to display later on CLP & CDP)
   2.6 input field for public representative (to display later on CDP)
3. Save/Next button
