apply different formatting to default values in the mapping step

In the mapping step:
DwC terms (first/left column) are mapped to field names (second column) in the upladed data, and example values are shown in red italics below the field name.
AND
DwC terms (first/left column) are provided with default/global values (third column) either manually, or if provided in the Study table of the uploaded data.

Several users have been confused by the similar appearance of column 2 (fields names) and (values).
I suggest to change the formatting of values in column 3 to be identical to the example values in column 2 (i.e. make the red and italics, but similar sized as now) if it is easy.
