add organismQuantity and organismQuantityType to parquet outputs

Would it be possible to add organismQuantity and organismQuantityType to the parquet output from the download service and the AWS snapshots? @albenson-usgs and I are trying to do some analyses where it would be nice to have these available as part of the parquet output.
