A request that came up on the latest validation meeting (2023-01-20) was to report copy number gains of entire chromosome 7 as well as losses of chromosome 10. Both of these are associated with brain tumors. This could perhaps be implemented in a similar way as the reporting of 1p19q LOH. Also, from just a quick glance at the literature, it might be worth looking at the individual chromosome arms instead of the entire chromosome as a single unit.
