awk was used in these two modules, but it often consumes a lot of memory, so it should be replaced with a python script located in the bin/ directory

For DIAMOND/BLASTX, an alignment is reported with a default e-value of 0.001, which provides high sensitivity but lower specificity. To reduce false positives, a parameter --params.evalue can be introduced. An e-value between 1e-10 and 1e-5 is moderate filtering (balanced sensitivity and specificity), while an e-value < 1e-20 is considered strict filtering (high specificity but lower sensitivity).
