Link from Admin Console / Settings / User interface to documentation does not work (404)

Describe the bug
The link from /geonetwork/srv/eng/admin.console#/settings/ui to "configuring faceted search" does not work.

It's the only link from the locales to the GeoNetwork documentation, and uses "4.0.x" presumably with the hope that it will return the relevant documentation for the version?

This is an issue in all locales (not tested, but inspected each *-v4.json in web-ui/src/main/resources/catalog/locales

A solution such as discussed in #3997 might work? Otherwise, fixing the link in each file would work until the documentation version path changes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Admin Console / Settings / User interface
2. Scroll down to Editor application / facets configuration
3. Click the link for documentation
4. Get a 404

Expected behavior
Link to https://docs.geonetwork-opensource.org/4.2/customizing-application/configuring-faceted-search/
Better if that updates for new versions.
