This is true, but a later commit
f60bda4
amends this to being pushed to v0.11 (adding, in theory, math support). The patch also edited the CHANGELOG.md but this was apparently missed when creating the Changelog in the tag

Proposed solution

Simply include the second commit as well, indicating that pulldown_cmark is now at v0.11
