Can you have a navbar that only reveals itself after the user scrolls xx% or xxx pixels from the top of the page?

Like shown in this webpage betterment scroll down about 800px and see a fixed navbar appear. Scroll back up and the navbar disappears.

Can I do this in gravstrap navbar?
