It seems that personal pronouns (ma, sa, ta, me, te, nad) are totally missing from the FST.
When considering the tag sequences I would suggest:
ma+Pron+Pers+Sg1+Nom ma
sa+Pron+Pers+Sg2+Nom sa
ta+Pron+Pers+Sg3+Nom sa
me+Pron+Pers+Pl1+Nom me
te+Pron+Pers+Pl2+Nom te
nad+Pron+Pers+Pl3+Nom nad
etc.
This is how the personal pronouns have also been tagged in some other "Giellatekno languages".

Sorry for the false alarm. Actually, the personal pronouns were present in the Estonian FST (make clean and make solved the issue). The tags might, however, be a subject for discussion. Now the personal pronouns are tagged as follows:
minu mina+Pron+Emph+Sg1+Gen
The tags to be discussed are 'Sg1' and 'Emph'. (The issue was raised by Heiki-Jaan on the last Estonian FST meeting.)
Because Sg1 is the property of the Sg Nom form of the personal pronouns only it is not correct to mark it as a property of all case forms.
'Emph' is actually a pragmatic tag: if a personal pronoun is emphasized the long form 'mina' is used and if it is not emphasized then the short form 'ma' is used.
So, how should we tag the personal pronouns?
mina mina+Pron+Syn/Sg1+Pragm/Emph+Gen
minu mina+Pron+Pragm/Emph+Gen
