I believe there is no data in mooring_area. Overpass Turbo indicates that this is because there is no mooring_area data in OSM. We could consider dropping this table.

Hmmm, we have 249 rows in mooring_areas, 407 in _lines, 34,369 in _points.
Related analysis for the 2017 planet data is in the table of issue #6. My opinion is that if the table is described in the schema we should keep it even if it holds no data as, rolling forward in time, it may.
I don't know how we'll monitor the creation of new types of objects in the schema.
