To get started, try running the example fullFlowG script. It requires the matlab statscollection toolbox for the clustering evaluation.
If you would like more on our specific plotting customizations don't hesitate to reach out at mbd83@cornell.edu. They have not been included in this repo since each use case of this algorithm likely has different plotting requirements.
