Feature Request: double tap for faster scrolling

Title mostly covers it 😄 it would be great to be able to double tap j / k for faster scrolling speed.

Not a huge issue, as other commands (d / u etc) mostly cover the same use case, but if it's not hard to implement, I'd definitely use

compared to kV Scrolla's handling of keystrokes is currently very simple. so there would be quite some changes to do there. but possible. i would add this as an option though. adding to do the todo (but i'm setting up a new home with a new workstation, so work will be happening only after the next three weeks ☹️)

in that case what about triple j/k for top and bottom of the page? 😃️
