feat: add info tooltip to marketplace item install params

When installing Adobe Commerce, I had to search for "how to get adobe commerce public key". It'd be very helpful to have a tooltip with a description on how to get the information there if it's something specific like the public key. The tooltip could also have had the link to the documentation, so maybe a tooltip description that is HTML enabled?
