Support for Numpy 2

Hello!

The latest CFSPOPCON requires numpy ^2.0, which creates a dep conflict with Torax. I'm wondering if it would be straightforward to bump the dep?

Hi Allen!

I think there's no good reason why we have the numpy<2.0 dep. I think it's a holdover that we forgot to update. Should work straight off the bat with numpy>2.0.

I can do it first thing in the morning; otherwise if you can verify that it works and bump the requirement and send the PR we'll merge it in the morning.
