As part of FHIR specification for bulk export job, the deleted resources can be optionally reported by the Bulk Export API response. These deleted resources are currently not handled by the fhir-data-pipes application.

Changes need to be made so that if the bulk export api reports the deleted resources then the application also has to delete these resources from the data-warehouse snapshot.
