I am able to run the noise simulation to see the noise spectral density in Ngspice. But I can't run the transient noise simulation. According to the Ngspice manual, the transient noise simulation should be done by running the transient simulation with independent noise voltage/current sources manually added in the circuits. Below is the screenshot from the manual
Are those noise source parameters like NA, NT, NALPHA, etc. provided in the GF180mcu PDK? Or where can I find those parameters?
