With the release of new prometheus pacakges:

Frontend: v11.5.0 TBA Soon we will have a stable release. Until that time for testing purposes canary release can be used: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@grafana/prometheus/v/11.5.0-218993
Backend: promlib@v0.0.8 https://github.com/grafana/grafana/releases/tag/pkg%2Fpromlib%2Fv0.0.8

prometheus datasource supports UTF8 metrics and labels. In order to support this in grafana-amazonprometheus-datasource related dependencies must be upgraded.
