What to do when user change assembly sequence of a beam with NP joints. #69

NP lap joint are not flippable.

So when we change sequence, and if there are joints on it whose neighbors have been move before or after the current beam. The joints need to be recreated.

It is also highly likely that in those cases, the joints will have conflicting joint face and thus are not assembable.

Not sure if existing "Joint blocked" check is functional for NP joint

To check for no assembly vector solution.
