Add a new checkbox to automatically save state on close and automatically load state on open

Only while the new checkbox is checked:

When closing PCSX-Redux by clicking on the "Quit" in the "File" menu for example then automatically save the state of the played PS1 rom to any file and when the disk image of this game is opened again later then automatically load the state that was automatically created on quit earlier so all PCSX-Redux users will be able to immediately, if not instantly, continue where they left off with this new good feature!

This is a quality of service that I believe most PCSX-Redux users will find it convenient, handy and useful, don't you think so?
