Checking that there are no repeated playbooks on character creation

It'd be a not very nice validation if we keep the file formatting as it is now, but perhaps we could do something like append the playbook name to the file? So we dont have to do n requests to s3 and just one. Doing that change would imply a more complex logic when doing the playbook change advancement
