Zebra Stripe lines

Hello, another quick q. Wondering whether having zebra striped lines (like this) is something worth adding.
Seems like something easy to add so I don't mind making a contribution for it.

I'm thinking something like an option key editor.zebra-stripe (bool) and a theme key ui.background.zebra-stripe.

It makes it much easier for me to be able to associate line-numbers with indented text this way
