"operator" in SubFormFieldRuleTrigger is keyword in C# #460

SubFormFieldRuleTrigger schema contains operator which is a keyword in C# and cannot be used.

The SDK is generated with _operator.

Update documentation to reflect this. Add a new x- for language-specific variable name overrides
