Unable to execute the code because of ray version compatibility

As of today, the Ray library doesnt anymore allow to use the 1.0.0 version, causing incompatibility to run the notebooks even with python==3.8 such as inventory_quickstart notebook. Requesting the authors if they can update the notebooks based on the current ray version compatibility or any guidance as to how to solve this.
