Catalog of X-ray Detected Be Stars (XDBS)

This GitHub repository contains a catalog of the multi-wavelength properties of 161 Be stars from the Be Star Spectra database that have been detected in X-rays and are present in either the Chandra Source Catalog Release 2.0, XMM-Newton 4XMM Catalog, or Swift 2SXPS Catalog.

Important files

  • ./master.csv: CSV (comma-separated values) file of the XDBS catalog.

  • ./XDBS.dat: AAS Machine-Readable Table of the XDBS catalog.

  • ./XDBS.ipynb: Python notebook with source code that produces the catalog.

In addition to the data files listed above, we have also made available an interactive website for plotting the multi-wavelength properties of the catalog. It can be found at https://home.gwu.edu/~kargaltsev/XDBS/.
