Latest Windows 23H2 Insider update includes some changes to virtual desktop handling that seem to prevent SlyphyHornPlus 4.0b9 from initializing.

Windows version 22631.2129 also breaks 4.0 beta 9. Microsoft has added a brief notification of the virtual desktop transferred to: a small rectangle with rounded corners with "Desktop N" (N = 1, 2, ...) in white on a black background in the lower, center of the screen.
