Dragon event

I wanna host a dragon event on my server the first dragon needs to be speciaal but after that the plugin needs to spawn the default dragon every time how can i set the plugin up to work like this?

So to be more clear:

First dragon:
Speciaal also has dragon egg spawn

All dragons after:
Default dragon
