Possibility to share on Social Networks

Some radio producers are asking for an option to allow sharing the podcasts or the programs on social networks as twitter, or facebook. It seems that is quite easy to implement. There are some examples of this button implementation at any news on cuacfm.org https://cuacfm.org/novas/

A next step would be to include some metadata so facebook or twitter share the podcasts in a nice way, these attributes.
