Open up android/app/src/main/java/[...]/MainActivity.java

should be:
Open up android/app/src/main/java/com/[...]/MainApplication.java

Add import com.reactlibrary.RNCloseAppPackage; to the imports at the top of the file

should be:
Add import com.jundat95.rncloseapp.RNCloseAppPackage;
