Install.sh needs to call source on ~/.bashrc ensuring ~/.local/bin is on path

might need to account for ~/.zsh and other shells

check if ~/.config/SpineProject exists if not mkdir -p ~/.config/SpineProject

cp install/Spine\ Toolbox.conf ~/.config/SpineProject/
