Move from Paypal Checkout to Braintree Payments #95

Braintree is what PayPal recommends currently and v1 could use the drop-in UI for it and then for v2, it could be switched to the custom UI version so it aligns nicely with the rest of the website.

Would it be better to keep PayPal or shift to Square for a single Online POS provider?

Square also has a Checkout system but we'll need to integrate it with the backend if we go this route as detailed from their documentation
