Event when repository is created or deleted (or made private)

So there is PublicEvent, am I missing something, but there is no "repository created" or "repository deleted/made private" event? So it is hard from these events to know which repositories are being created/made public and which not. Is there some other source of this information I am missing? Should I ask GitHub to add those event types?
