The J1939 protocol doesn't handle DBC messages that doesn't fit one CAN message. #13

I the DBC message defines more bytes than the received CAN message, the parser needs to split the parsing into several messages. This is typical diagnostic messages. See handling in NMEA 2000 (it might be the similar).
