coordinateUncertaintyInMeters doesn't match verbatimCoordinateSystem

I am working with occurrence data downloaded from GBIF for some plants.
Data collected using IFBL 1km should have coordinateUncertaintyInMeters equal to 707, while data collected using IFBL 4km should have verbatimCoordinateSystem equal to 2828.
The data I downloaded from FLORBANK-1 have the following coordinateUncertaintyInMeters and verbatimCoordinateSystem:

coordinateUncertaintyInMeters	verbatimCoordinateSystem
700	IFBL 1km
1000	IFBL 1km
10000	IFBL 1km
3500	IFBL 4km
2800	IFBL 4km
10000	IFBL 4km
2800	IFBL 1km

The data are related to the following species:

1. Heracleum mantegazzianum
2. Impatiens glandulifera
3. Reynoutria japonica
4. Rhododendron ponticum
5. Rosa rugosa
6. Senecio inaequidens
7. Solidago gigantea

Could you please have a look on it and let me know about the discrepancies?
