Running /nidm/experiment/tools/bidsmri2nidm.py I get a warning "Setting 'extension_initial_dot' will be removed in pybids 0.16."

bidsmri2nidm.py line 1044 can be remmed out: #bids.config.set_option("extension_initial_dot", True)
