In PyNIDM/setup.cfg in the install_requires section please add orthauth and set the version of ontquery == 0.2.3

To further elaborate, there are a few packages that need to specify the version/downgrading from current version. The following need to specify the older versions:

ontquery==0.2.3
pandas==1.5.3
numpy==1.26.4
rdflib==6.3.2
