Hard coded partition strategy

Specify partition manually:

producer:
      partition-strategy
            partition: 2

Advanced

Advance mode will let you specify partition with smartmodule.

producer:
      partition-strategy
            use: my-org/partition-divider@0.1.0

This should be supported in the producer CLI
