Task Detail Page: Update task duration to remove queue time, and reflect only task execution time

Business Use Case: To remove confusion from the user's perspective, and show a more consistent duration for tasks.

Desired behavior:
When a user opens the Task Run Detail page,
change the duration value to reflect task execution time only, rather than including queue time in overall task duration.

Current behavior:
When a user opens the Task Run Detail page,
the task duration includes time spent in queue, which is highly variable and does not reflect the performance of the flux query written.

Alternatively, is there value to showing task duration? Do we think users can do anything with this information?

If a task is poorly written, it will show up in the task duration. I think this is still valuable information.
