Since we are not going to generate any pull request back to
slicedorp, informatics-isi-edu/slicedrop.github.com.git contains all
the changes for our 3d viewer
## Download and Run
You can clone the source repository with Git by running:
git clone https://github.com/informatics-isi-edu/slicedrop.github.com.git
## Invoking the viewer
Paremeters may be passed to 3D viewer as a URL query parameter.
| Parameter | Value | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **url** | URL | url of a input datafile |
| **camera_x** | int | set x location of renderer3D's camera location(0-100) |
| **camera_y** | int | set y location of renderer3D's camera location(0-100) |
| **camera_z** | int | set z location of renderer3D's camera location(0-100) |
## Examples
Plotting a single volume data file
```
view_on_load.html?
url=http://localhost/data/Image_Expt_1_10dpf_Fish1_Zoom1_GFP.ome_copy.tif
```
Plotting a single volume and a single mesh data file
(inherit limitation of original slicedrop viewer is limitation of at most,
a single volume, a single mesh and a single fiber is allowed)
