The Sequoia beta 2 release notes say it's supposed to work, but it still doesn't. Does Virtual Buddy need to be updated also? |

There's no public API that apps can adopt in order to support this feature, and even with a custom build of the app made on macOS 15 I'm still unable to get this to work. I believe Apple's release notes are just wrong. |

There is support for iCloud logins, but the host must be running MacOS 15 as per the release notes and the DTS response to the community. |

Requirements for iCloud login
Even then, it seems to be quite unstable right now. If you're having issues with iCloud login, please report them to Apple via feedback assistant, as there's nothing that can be done in VirtualBuddy to fix it. This is really just iCloud login though

Baby steps. I’m guessing they are still hooking the plumbing up...

iCloud login now works, with both host and guest running macOS Sequoia beta 3.

App Store doesn't work
Xcode login seems to work, but then fails with an "expired" error message

Any progress on this problem? I have installed 15.0.1 on both the host and vm but still got the same ICLOUD_UNSUPPORTED_DEVICE. |

I have a macOS Sequoia 15.1 host, and a macOS Sequoia 15.1 VM in VirtualBuddy. But, that VM was originally created when the host was running macOS Ventura 13. Do I have to rebuild the VM from scratch in order to be able to log into iCloud within the VM, now that the host is Sequoia? Or, is there some way I can use/modify the existing VM to notice that both the shot and VM are Sequoia, so I should be Abel to log into an Apple Account (Apple ID) for iCloud? EDIT: When I try to log into my Apple Account in the VM's System Settings for iCloud, I get the following error dialog: |
