As an Analytic User of Geoconnex, would like to be able to download the index as RDF triple downloads so that I can replicate the index locally for query intensive use cases

It is anticipated that some users of Geoconnex will submit intensive analytic query operations for which a managed federated SPARQL query service may not meet expectation in performance. In these case, a full copy of the index (i.e n-quad snapshot files) will be provide so that these users can construct the index using their own infrastructure
