I think that there are two duplications of About files:

IMHO https://github.com/iofoundry/ontology/blob/master/core/AboutIOFDev.rdf and https://github.com/iofoundry/ontology/blob/master/core/AboutIOFProd.rdf should be deleted.

Also note that https://github.com/iofoundry/ontology/blob/master/core/AboutIOFDev.rdf is ill-formed:
