FLUTTER_APP_PROJECT_NAME=ion_flutter_example in project_tools.sh does not match name: ion in pubspec.yaml which caues the test to fail by default once generated by the script.

Would do a PR except I don't want to suggest I know what the best name is culturally etc in this context 🙃 ion_app_flutter would be a third candidate I guess.
