Seems to have been a slight issue at the time you've checked, the stream works well on my side.

It seems that they use Vimeo now, it won't be as easy to get a stream for this channel outside of the main website.

I've tested many locations via my VPN, and all of them answer the same : Access Denied. It might be a heavy filtering procedure, or there's a problem with the current stream.
