By using OpenServer, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this server software.
OpenServer is an open source server software for TheProtocols licensed with GPLv3. However, these terms are applied if you purchased warranty and support. If you didn't, you can use it for free, modify, redistribute, or anything else GPLv3 allows. Maintainers may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the application at any time without prior notice.
a. Integrity of Software: To be able to warranty and provide support, software you run must be unmodified. You agree no to modify any piece of software.
b. Security: You are responsible with the security of your network. I do not accept any responsibility on security. Support can help to avoid any security issues only if you requested early enough. Security warranty is only available if you can prove the exploit used OpenServer and you reported early enough. I reserve the right to decide is a report was early or not.
a. User Content: By using LAST, you grant me a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute any content my server received at least once, including but not limited to, support tickets, support chats, support calls, extra agreements, bug reports, feature requests.
b. Intellectual Property: OpenServer and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our trademarks or intellectual property without our prior written consent. You must follow GPLv3 for actions regarding open source nature of the software, including but not limited to, renaming the software.
Your Terms of Service must not breach these terms or terms of GPLv3.
You agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, including but not limited to violation of GPLv3, modification of activated software, distribution of content granted non-exclusive / royalty-free license to me, abuse of intellectual property of anyone.
I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to support, community, and warranty at our discretion, without notice, for any reason.
OpenServer is provided "as is" and "as available." I make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content.
In no event shall I am liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
