[BUG]: uploading new images and files error

Steps to replicate:

1. enter into a resource category
2. click on create page
3. select downloadable file option
4. click on select file
5. in the new modal that pops up, select add new
6. add in a local file (eg. test1.pdf)
7. select the newly added local file (eg. test1.pdf)
8. press the select button
9. after modal is closed, the select file input field is still empty
