Mi-Ke doesn't seem to be starting if the shortcut in the startup folder has "Run as administrator"

Check Ditto: This one requests admin access, but just at the point when it's necessary
(ex: use ditto shortcut in VisualStudio started as admin -> UAT confirmation)
