Several issues on the page for adding work experience

1. Tabbing through inputs skips dates.
2. When entering month/year for employment, it sets as 2 months previous. So if I choose March 2022, it will then display January 2022 after I click "save"
3. If I don't choose start date or end date, the month/year end up "undefined NaN". Then the other month/year is seemingly random
4. When I click "edit" for an already created job, The start/end dates are empty again.
5. After clicking on start/end dates, the modal pops up to choose month/year, but I can never close it again without choosing month/year.
