Certain effects fail to render correctly when using a Snap Camera with an AMD GPU. Instead of applying the intended effect, the software displays a red|white opaque box around the head, as shown in the attached image.
(censored for privacy, but the issue is visible).

This issue may be related to OpenCL compatibility, as some effects in Snap Camera might be optimized for CUDA, which NVIDIA GPUs primarily support. However, this is speculative, and I haven't explored the issue further within the app to confirm the exact cause.

System Specifications

  • GPU: AMD 6750XT
  • CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X3D
  • Operating System: Windows 11
The software was not run in a sandbox
