Change order of Book Authors

when a book has multiple authors the plugin does not allow for ordering them. But usually multiple authors must go in a specific order (this is common in scientific papers).

Could this include appending the illustrator, if desired, after the Author(s) appear, please?

I tried to find where "get_book_author()" is defined in the plugin to create a similar method for illustrator. No joy.
